Experience:
8+ Years We are looking for an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead on-ground operations, retail installations, rickshaw onboarding, route planning, and replenishment activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage installation and replenishment routes for retail stores and rickshaws.
• Oversee display installations, quality checks, and activation testing.
• Coordinate rickshaw onboarding, driver documentation, permissions, and QR kit allocation.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and replenishment activities.
• Manage field teams, installation partners, and logistics providers.
• Track daily field operations and ensure timely execution and reporting.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in field operations, FMCG, telecom, payments, trade marketing, or merchandising.
• Experience managing field teams or contracted installer teams of 15+ members.
• Solid knowledge of route planning, stock control, and field execution.
• Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi.
• Willingness to travel across assigned locations. Preferred: Experience in merchant networks, vehicle branding, outdoor installations, or serialised inventory management. ? Interested candidates can share their updated CV via DM or through our recruitment team.
