Role Description The Production Staff role at Lernern India is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The role involves assisting in daily production activities, including preparing workstations, handling materials, and supporting production runs according to schedules and guidelines. The Production Staff member will help implement production plans, follow quality control procedures, and report any issues or deviations to supervisors. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and safe work environment, coordinating with team members and trainers,



and supporting training-related production tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Management to support day-to-day operations and workflow coordination.
• Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to collaborate effectively with supervisors, trainers, and team members.
• Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to follow standards, inspect output, and identify defects or process issues.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills to assist in on-the-job training activities and support skill development initiatives.
• Relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment is beneficial.
• Ability to follow safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new systems or tools.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or vocational qualification in a related field is preferred.
