Job Description:

- As a Dev Ops Engineer, your day involves designing and implementing new development tools and infrastructure to support software development processes.
- You will focus on creating and maintaining continuous integration and delivery pipelines, ensuring smooth and secure deployment workflows.
- Your role includes collaborating with various teams to enhance system reliability and security, while managing container orchestration and cloud environments.
- You will also monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, striving to optimize performance and maintain a robust development ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.




- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing infrastructure and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Assist junior team members in understanding and adopting best practices.
- Document processes and configurations to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

- Proficiency in Harness Internal Developer Portal (IDP).

Good To Have Skills:

- Experience with Dev Ops.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery concepts and tools.
- Experience with container orchestration platforms and cloud infrastructure management.
- Ability to design and implement secure and scalable deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation frameworks.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Harness Internal Developer Portal (IDP).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
