Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead efforts to align technology strategies with business goals to enhance operational efficiency.- Mentor and support junior team members to foster skilled growth and knowledge sharing.- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.- Solid knowledge of financial accounting processes and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems.- Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective system Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to financial modules in SAP environments.- Familiarity with system development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
