Job Description:

- Install, configure, maintain, and support SAP environments including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, PI/PO, Fiori, and SAP BTP components.

- Perform system refreshes, client copies, kernel upgrades, and SAP patching activities.

- Manage transport landscape and resolve transport-related issues.

- Handle SAP system start-up, shutdown, and routine health checks.

- SAP HANA & Database Administration

- Monitor and administer SAP HANA databases.

- Perform database backup, recovery, and performance tuning activities.

- Manage database growth, housekeeping, and optimization.

- Monitoring & Performance Management

- Monitor SAP application and database performance.

- Identify and resolve system bottlenecks.

- Analyze dumps, logs, background jobs, RFC issues, and spool management.

- Perform proactive system health checks and capacity planning.

- Upgrade & Migration Support

- Support SAP version upgrades, Enhancement Package upgrades,



and S/4HANA conversions.

- Execute technical migration and cutover activities.

- Support SAP cloud migration initiatives where applicable.

- Security & Compliance

- Support SAP security administration and user management.

- Coordinate with GRC and audit teams.

- Ensure system compliance with security standards and organizational policies.

- Disaster Recovery & High Availability

- Support DR drills and business continuity activities.

- Manage backup and restoration procedures.

- Ensure high availability and system resilience.

- Collaboration & Support

- Work closely with infrastructure, network, security, and SAP functional teams.

- Provide L2/L3 technical support and troubleshooting.

- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials.
