Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft 365.- Solid understanding of virtualization technologies and remote desktop services.- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in virtual environments.- Knowledge of system monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques.- Ability to document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles effectively.
Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ A 15 years full time education is required.
