Key Responsibilities:

- Order Management: Process quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately; manage the end-to-end lifecycle from PO to delivery.

- Customer Support: Handle client inquiries promptly and provide continuous updates on order statuses.

- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with Stores, Dispatch, Production, and Finance teams to ensure on-time delivery.

- Data & Documentation: Maintain customer records, pricing data, and dispatch files (Invoices, Delivery Challans, E-Way Bills) in Tally and Excel.

- MIS & Reporting: Generate sales trackers, operational reports, and assist in refining team SOPs.

Desired Competencies & Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Power Point, Word) and Power BI.





- Working knowledge of Tally ERP is highly preferred.

- Solid understanding of sales coordination processes and dispatch documentation (Invoices, Delivery Challans, E-Way Bills, etc.).

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.

- Solid verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mandatory).

- MBA in Marketing or Operations is highly preferred.
