Description

- Strong experience in Service Now functional, integration, SIT, UAT and regression testing.
- Good knowledge of Service Now workflows, integrations, business rules and configurations.
- Experience with ATF, API testing/Postman and defect management.
- Strong manufacturing domain knowledge, including plant operations, assets, maintenance, work orders and production support.
- Experience integrating Service Now with MES, PLM or other manufacturing systems.
- Strong Agile/Scrum and stakeholder management skills.
- Service Now certification is preferred.
