Summary
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Data Subject Matter Expert to lead strategic initiatives within our IT Services division. This pivotal role focuses on optimizing data ecosystems, ensuring robust governance, and driving seamless system integrations to enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will leverage deep expertise in the Adobe Experience Platform and related data models to solve complex technical challenges while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the implementation of APIs and system integration solutions to ensure data flows efficiently across platforms.
- Establish and maintain rigorous data governance frameworks to guarantee high data quality and compliance standards.
- Lead complex troubleshooting efforts to resolve critical issues related to data pipelines and platform performance.
- Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical specifications and providing expert guidance.
- Manage the configuration and utilization of Adobe Experience Data Model (XDM) to standardize customer data structures.
- Develop and deploy real-time customer profile capabilities to enable personalized engagement strategies.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Minimum of six years of professional experience within the IT Services sector, specifically focusing on data architecture and management.
- Proven expertise in designing and managing APIs and complex system integrations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in implementing data governance policies and ensuring data quality.
- Robust background in troubleshooting technical issues within enterprise data environments.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Experience Data Model (XDM).
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to navigate and resolve challenges related to real-time customer profiling.
Requirements
6+ years of relevant Adobe data experience. Strong hands-on AEP and related data solutions experience. Valid passport with passport validity details. Willingness to work as per project requirements.
