This position is responsible for ensuring a secure, secure and compliant work environment at Head Office, Guest Houses, Employee facilities and Company owned / managed premises. The role is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring all physical security, fire & life safety, surveillance, emergency preparedness and employee safety initiatives in line with company policies and statutory requirements.
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring protocols for safeguarding company assets, employees, visitors, infrastructure and information through effective security management systems, risk mitigation measures, stakeholder coordination and statutory compliance. The role also involves managing contract security services, CCTV surveillance systems, fire protection systems, access control mechanisms, emergency response arrangements and liaisoning with government authorities including Police, Fire Brigade and Municipal authorities & Political Parties etc.
