We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

We are looking for an experienced L2 Mac Support Engineer with solid macOS troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide remote technical support to onsite engineers and end users.

Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot escalated macOS hardware, software, configuration, connectivity, and performance issues.
- Guide onsite engineers through diagnosis, remediation, testing, and incident closure.
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and status updates in ITSM/ticketing tools.




- Coordinate with relevant support teams for hardware repairs, access requirements, and issues beyond the defined support scope.
- Provide effective remote support and ensure timely resolution of technical incidents.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and maintain accurate incident records.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with macOS and Mac Book troubleshooting.
- Experience in remote technical support and L2 incident management.
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and ticketing tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with onsite engineers and cross-functional support teams.
