The Sales Executive is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable textile products to drive sales and ensure a positive shopping experience. Daily activities include product demonstrations, explaining features and pricing, managing customer queries, processing sales transactions, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The role also involves monitoring stock levels on the shop floor, coordinating with the store team for replenishment, and supporting promotional activities to increase footfall and revenue. The Sales Executive is expected to follow company policies, keep the sales area clean and organized, and provide consistent service that encourages repeat business.



Qualifications
• Robust sales and customer service abilities, including the capacity to engage with customers, understand requirements, and close sales effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact clearly and respectfully with a diverse range of customers and team members.
• Basic retail operations knowledge, such as handling billing, working with point-of-sale systems, and managing cash or digital payment processes.
• Attention to detail and product awareness, with an interest in textiles, garments, and fashion trends to provide informed recommendations.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Shivamogga, including weekends and peak shopping hours as required by store operations.
• Organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple customer interactions and tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• Prior experience in retail or textile sales is an advantage, but motivated candidates with a robust learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; further training in sales or retail management is a plus.
