Role Description The Holiday Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. The role involves consulting with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and special requirements, and then designing customized holiday packages and itineraries. Day-to-day tasks include preparing quotations, coordinating bookings for transportation, accommodation, and activities, and ensuring all travel arrangements are accurate and timely. The Holiday Consultant will respond to inquiries, provide destination information, manage changes or issues during the booking process, and maintain clear communication with clients before and after travel. The role also includes collaborating with partners and vendors,



updating package details, and contributing to promotional offers and seasonal travel plans. Qualifications
• Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to listen actively and offer clear, friendly guidance.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple bookings, itineraries, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and reservation systems; comfort with email, spreadsheets, and online booking platforms.
• Solid communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to explain options and terms in a simple, professional manner.
• Knowledge of popular domestic and international travel destinations, including accommodation types, transportation options, and local attractions.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to manage last-minute changes, special requests, and customer concerns calmly and accurately.
• Previous experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in office in Kozhikode and occasionally adjust schedules to support peak travel periods and client needs.
