Role Description The Dialysis Technician role at NephroPlus is a full-time, in office position based in Ranchi. The Dialysis Technician will prepare and operate hemodialysis machines, set up equipment and supplies, and ensure all safety and infection control protocols are followed before, during, and after treatment. Daily responsibilities include monitoring guests during dialysis sessions, checking and recording vital signs, reporting any changes in condition, and assisting clinical staff with basic medical tasks as directed. The technician will provide compassionate guest care, educate guests about their dialysis procedures,



support their comfort throughout treatment, and maintain accurate treatment records. The role also involves cleaning and maintaining equipment, managing consumables, and collaborating with the clinic team to uphold NephroPlus standards of quality and guest experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Dialysis and Hemodialysis procedures, including machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting.
• Candidates should possess strong Patient Care skills, with the ability to provide empathetic, guest-focused support throughout treatment sessions.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine relevant to dialysis care, including understanding of common complications and basic clinical protocols.
• Candidates should possess skills in monitoring and recording Vital Signs, and promptly escalating concerns to medical staff.
• Relevant qualifications such as a certified Dialysis Technician course or equivalent technical training are preferred.
• Prior experience in a dialysis center or clinical setting is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment, follow standardized protocols, and maintain high standards of hygiene and infection control.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact respectfully with guests, families, and colleagues.
