About Holdstill Productions Holdstill Productions is the multi-format content studio arm of Holdstill Records. We produce ad films, social content, music videos, documentaries, travel films and sports/live-event coverage for brands and artists across India. Our core team brings well over 20 years of combined experience in directing, shooting and editing. We work fully remote, and we’re growing fast. The Role We’re looking for a Sales Specialist to own outbound sales for Holdstill Productions. This is a hands-on, high-activity role. You’ll make daily calls to prospects, find new leads, build pitches, and help shape the sales system as we scale. You’ll work directly with the founder. What You’ll Do
• Make daily outbound calls to prospects and leads to pitch Holdstill Productions’ services
• Research and build lead lists of brands, agencies, artists and businesses that need video and content production
• Run multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp) and follow up consistently
• Create and tailor pitches, proposals and outreach messages for each prospect
• Qualify leads, run discovery conversations, handle objections and close deals
• Keep the lead tracker/pipeline updated every day and share weekly progress reports
• Suggest and test improvements to scripts, targeting and the overall sales process What We’re Looking For
• Proven sales experience, ideally at a content studio, production house, creative or media agency




• Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory); fluency in Hindi is a strong plus
• Well-spoken, articulate and confident on calls with founders, marketing heads and decision-makers
• Solid understanding of the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing
• Resilient and persistent: you treat a “no” as “not yet” and keep going
• Focused, consistent and disciplined about daily output
• Enthusiastic yet humble, patient and calm under pressure

Location:
100% remote
• Type: Part time employment, 4–5 hours/day, Monday to Friday (Saturdays and Sundays off)

Working hours
Flexible, within 10am–7pm IST
• Compensation: ₹10,000–₹20,000/month fixed, plus commission on every deal closed
• You’ll need: A laptop/PC, a phone and a stable internet connection What You Get
