Talent Acquisition & People Generalist | Roavion Automotive | Kochi Roavion Automotive is building India’s most professional automotive aftermarket company and scaling toward an IPO by 2031. The single biggest factor in whether we get there is the quality of the people we hire. This role decides that. Every hire across sales, technology, operations and customer experience will pass through you first. We are looking for an exceptional HR professional who holds a high bar and builds people systems that scale. What you’ll own → The full hiring pipeline: sourcing, screening, founder-round coordination, offer and close → The bar at the door. You select for ownership and ability, not just credentials. → People operations end to end: onboarding, policies, documentation and statutory compliance → Hiring and HR SOPs that are written once and improved every cycle Requirements → Bachelor’s degree required. MBA (HR), MHRM, MSW (HR) or equivalent strongly preferred.
→ 2–5 years across talent acquisition and HR generalist work. Startup or high-growth experience is a plus. → Working knowledge of Indian labour compliance: EPFO, ESI, POSH and the Kerala Shops & Establishments Act → A proven record of closing strong candidates other companies couldn’t → Fast, decisive and exact. A slow pipeline costs us the best people. → Excellent written and spoken English. Malayalam and Hindi are a plus.
