Team members collaborate across regions to deliver scalable, compliant, and customer-focused solutions. Role Description This is a full-time, in office HR Recruiter role based in the Pune Division. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end BPO hiring processes, including sourcing candidates through job portals and networks, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating selection rounds with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining candidate pipelines, scheduling and following up on interviews, handling offer rollouts, and supporting onboarding activities to ensure a smooth joining experience. The recruiter will collaborate with business leaders to understand manpower requirements, monitor hiring metrics, and support employer branding initiatives to attract suitable talent for various BPO functions.



Qualifications
• Strong experience in BPO hiring, including bulk recruitment, voice and non-voice process hiring, and campus or walk-in drives.
• Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Ability to conduct effective telephonic and face-to-face interviews, assess communication skills, and evaluate role fit.
• Solid understanding of HR processes related to recruitment, offers, joining formalities, and basic HR documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines.
• Prior experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional in a BPO or shared services environment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Comfort working onsite in the Pune Division and collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership.
