The company provides 24/7 service and positions itself as a provider of total power solutions, not just gensets. Role Description The Service Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Service Technician will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on diesel generator sets, including inspection, servicing, and repair of mechanical and electrical components. Responsibilities include diagnosing faults, troubleshooting issues at customer sites, and coordinating field service visits to ensure minimal downtime. The role involves preparing basic service reports, maintaining tools and equipment,



and adhering to safety standards and company procedures. The Service Technician will interact with customers on-site, provide clear communication about work performed, and support 24/7 service operations as needed, including occasional emergency call-outs. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance skills for diesel generator sets and related equipment.
• Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
• Candidates should possess practical Field Service skills for on-site work, including travel to customer locations.
• Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and explain technical work clearly.
• Relevant technical qualification such as ITI, diploma, or vocational training in electrical, mechanical, or diesel engine technology.
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and safe working practices in field and workshop environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service documentation.
• Prior experience with gensets or power systems service will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or nights when required for urgent service calls.
