Remote All Cities, , India Full-time Posted today Apply directly → We are seeking experienced Software Engineers to support the delivery of an AI Fabric Platform, a strategic enterprise initiative focused on accelerating conversational AI capabilities across the organization. AI Fabric provides shared services for bot onboarding, conversation orchestration, intelligent routing, integrations, observability, voice infrastructure, and production readiness. The platform enables teams to rapidly build and scale conversational AI experiences while reducing duplicate development and fragmented point-to-point integrations. The ideal candidates will have strong experience building cloud-native applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems, along with the ability to contribute across backend platform engineering and modern web application development. Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain reusable AI Fabric platform services, APIs, microservices, and web applications supporting bot onboarding, conversation orchestration, routing, integrations, and platform operations.
• Build scalable cloud-native and event-driven solutions using technologies such as Go, Python, Java, Kafka, and AWS/Azure/GCP services.
• Develop and support LiveKit-based voice and real-time communication capabilities, including voice, media, AI, routing, transfer, and telephony integrations.
• Build modern frontend experiences for self-service onboarding, administration, monitoring, and operational management using React, Angular, Vue, or similar frameworks.
• Implement enterprise integrations with AI/ML, Conversational AI, contact center, CRM, backend, and third-party systems through APIs and distributed services.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD, observability, reliability, security, monitoring, and production-readiness standards across the platform.
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security,



and Operations teams to deliver scalable and reliable enterprise solutions.
• Leverage enterprise-approved AI development tools to improve engineering productivity, code quality, documentation, testing, and delivery efficiency.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong expertise in cloud-native applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Strong programming skills in Go, Python, Java, or similar languages and hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with event-driven architecture, Kafka/event streaming, CI/CD, and production support.
• Strong experience in frontend development using React, Angular, Vue, or similar modern JavaScript frameworks, with the ability to build responsive web applications and user interfaces.
• Experience designing secure enterprise integrations, APIs, and backend systems, with strong understanding of system design, scalability, reliability, observability, and security.
• Experience with Conversational AI, chatbot platforms, AI/ML, voice/telephony, or real-time communication systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills with experience working in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and across Product, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams. Nice to Have
• Experience with LiveKit and real-time voice/communication platforms, including integration of voice, media, and AI services.
• Experience with Genesys, Amazon Connect, Five9, NICE, or other contact center/telephony platforms, along with chatbot or conversational AI solutions.
• Experience with Databricks, advanced AI/ML technologies, Generative AI, or multi-provider AI platforms.
• Experience building self-service platforms, administration portals,



operational dashboards, or enterprise-scale AI/contact center solutions.
