Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Bhopal. The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and promoting surgical and medical technology solutions to healthcare providers. Daily activities include conducting client visits, product presentations, and demonstrations, as well as negotiating terms and closing sales in alignment with company targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, preparing reports,



coordinating with internal teams for order fulfillment, and providing post-sales support. The Sales Executive is expected to stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to effectively position Infinex Marketing’s offerings. Qualifications
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Solid communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical product features in clear, accessible language.
• Knowledge of healthcare or medical technology sectors, with the ability to understand clinical needs and product applications.
• Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools for managing leads, opportunities, and sales reports.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet defined sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in medical or healthcare sales is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally within Bhopal and surrounding regions as required.
