Role Description The Video Editor at Genesis Virtue is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for editing and assembling raw healthcare-focused footage into clear, engaging video content that supports marketing, education, and brand storytelling. Day-to-day tasks include cutting and sequencing clips, adding transitions, sound, and visual effects, performing basic color grading, and integrating graphics or motion elements as needed.



The Video Editor will collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to align videos with campaign goals, optimize formats for digital platforms, and maintain consistent visual standards across all projects. The role also involves managing video files and assets, meeting production timelines, and proactively suggesting creative improvements to enhance viewer engagement. Qualifications
• Robust skills in Video Editing and Video Production for short-form and long-form digital content.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and appealing visual quality.
• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics for intros, lower thirds, and callouts.
• Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Good understanding of audio editing, basic sound design, and optimizing content for social media and web platforms.
• Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and the ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work on-site in Noida and manage multiple projects.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field; prior experience in digital or healthcare marketing is a plus.
