Role Description The Hospital Manager role at Jagruti Rehabilitation Center is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Hospital Manager oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient service delivery, and adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards. Responsibilities include supervising clinical and non-clinical teams, coordinating schedules, managing admissions and discharges, and optimizing patient flow. The role also involves budget and resource management, vendor coordination, and implementation of policies and procedures that support safety,



compliance, and quality improvement. The Hospital Manager acts as a key point of contact for patients and families, addressing concerns, enhancing service experience, and supporting organizational initiatives and performance goals. Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in Hospital Management and Practice Management within healthcare or rehabilitation settings.
• Strong Customer Service skills to manage patient and family interactions, address concerns, and support a compassionate care environment.
• Proficiency in Budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control to ensure effective and sustainable operations.
• Excellent Communication skills for clear coordination with medical teams, staff, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of mental health, addiction, or elder care services, as well as relevant Indian healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage conflict, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with comfort using hospital information systems and basic office software.
