The Senior Data Product Manager is the primary owner of data-related products in Digital Intelligence sphere. You will be the bridge between business needs, data science and engineering team. You will own the vision, strategy, and execution of data products that empower internal and external stakeholders. Your role will be critical in identifying opportunities, defining roadmaps, and ensuring the delivery of high-impact data solutions.

Key responsibilities
• Define and communicate a clear vision and strategy for data products aligned with business goals.
• Defines business problem statement and clearly converts them to product and technical requirement.
• Create detailed use cases around data pipelines, data structuring and data-marts.
• Leads product design, development and release process for assigned products and maintains the product development roadmap.
• Coordinates the description, analysis and prioritization of requests for current product features and functionality from customers.
• Leverage data analytics to uncover insights, validate hypotheses, and drive decision-making.
• Establish KPIs for data products and continuously monitor their impact and performance.




• Ensure all data products comply with relevant privacy and security standards.

Skills:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in either Engineering/IT/Computer Science/Data Science/Business. A master’s is a plus.

Experience:
4-8 years of experience in product management, business analytics or a similar role
• Technical Proficiency: Understanding of data infrastructure, databases, and analytical tools like SQL, Python, Tableau, etc. Should have worked with JIRA/Confluence.
