Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for Deputy Manager / Manager / Senior Manager at HDFC ERGO General Insurance in the Compliance Department. The role involves overseeing Compliance processes like regulatory reporting, monitoring and testing of regulations across departments, stakeholder management, handling board requirements, assistance during regulatory inspections and audit, advertisement and product review, AML and FIU compliances, IFSCA (Gift City) compliances, circular implementation, advisory etc. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and preparation of business presentations or management updates. The individual in this position is expected to take ownership of deliverables, contribute to strategic initiatives, and support the development of best practices within the team. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams, prepare clear reports and presentations, and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in BFSI sector.
• Candidates should be LLB/CS/ MBA in Insurance
• Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working with enterprise systems and dashboards.
• Candidates should be able to manage multiple priorities, work under timelines
