BNF Club is a founders' networking community built to bring ambitious entrepreneurs, startup founders, and builders together through meaningful connections, curated meetups, and community-led experiences. We are looking for a proactive, ownership-driven individual who can independently run and scale BNF Club, manage its members and operations, and turn it into one of Bengaluru's most valuable founder communities. Role OverviewPosition: Community & Operations Manager

1–4 years preferred Employment: Full-time Work mode: Primarily on-site, with flexibility as required What You Will Do1. Community Management
• Manage the day-to-day operations of BNF Club.
• Build relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, and community members.
• Handle member onboarding, verification, engagement, and retention.
• Manage WhatsApp groups, social channels, and community communication.
• Ensure the community remains active, valuable, and high-quality. 2. Events & Networking
• Independently plan and execute founder meetups, networking sessions, and community events.
• Handle venues, vendors, partnerships, registrations, check-ins, and event logistics.
• Create event calendars and ensure consistent community activities.
• Build relationships with speakers, founders, sponsors, and collaborators.
• Collect feedback and improve every event. 3. Growth & Partnerships
• Develop strategies to grow BNF Club's membership and reach.
• Identify and onboard relevant founders and startup ecosystem partners.
• Build collaborations with coworking spaces, startup communities, brands, and event partners.
• Explore sponsorships and revenue opportunities for sustainable growth.
• Track membership growth,



event participation, and engagement. 4. Operations & Ownership
• Create systems and processes to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Manage budgets, expenses, vendor coordination, and event documentation.
• Maintain member databases, attendance records, and community reports.
• Take responsibility for execution from planning to completion.
• Work directly with the founder on strategy while independently managing routine decisions and operations. Who We Are Looking For
• Someone who can run a community like a business, not just manage social media.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities.
• Comfortable meeting new people and building relationships with startup founders.
• Experience organising events, meetups, or communities is a major advantage.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
