Role Purpose **Preference for candidates with current/prior experience working with paediatricians or within paediatric healthcare, child development, or allied healthcare services. You will own the business and P&L; for your zone, from enrolment and revenue growth to new centre launches, partnerships, team performance, and profitability. You will work with Clinical, Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations to make sure every centre in your zone grows sustainably without compromising care.
• 10+ years of experience, with a significant part in a zonal, regional, or multi-location P&L; role.
• A proven record of growing revenue and opening or scaling new locations.
• Background in healthcare, therapy or rehabilitation, education, or similar multi-centre service businesses (preferred).




• Robust people leader with experience managing large, distributed teams and bringing down attrition.
• Comfortable with data, budgets, and financial reviews.
• Skilled at building relationships with partners, referrers, and families.
• Willing to travel across centres within the zone as the role requires.
