We are expanding our customer and business network and are looking for motivated freelance Business Development Executives to help introduce the platform to prospective customers and businesses. This opportunity is suitable for individuals who enjoy networking, customer engagement, sales, and business development and want to earn based on the business they generate.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential customers, businesses, retailers, and service providers.
• Promote Upastuti Prasuvidha and explain its features and advantages.
• Generate leads and facilitate customer onboarding.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Follow up with prospects to convert opportunities into paying customers.
• Maintain accurate records of referrals, customer onboarding, and sales progress.
• Coordinate with the company regarding customer requirements, invoices, and payment status. Who Can Apply?

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, or business development is an advantage. Commission StructureThis is a commission-only opportunity with no fixed salary or guaranteed monthly income. Category A – Event Management Companies
• Earn commission on the first three qualifying invoices for each event management company you onboard.
• Commission rates are based on the total eligible Category A invoice payments received during each calendar month:
• 1–5 payments: 10%
• 6–10 payments: 15%
• 11–20 payments: 20%
• 21 or more payments: 25%
• The applicable monthly rate applies to all eligible Category A invoice payments received during that month.
• There is no time limit between the first three qualifying invoices. Category B – Other Eligible Customers
• Earn a flat 10% commission on every qualifying invoice payment attributed to you.
• This category includes eligible invoices for individuals, shops, small businesses, supermarkets, retailers, and other customers not qualifying under Category A.
• There is no fixed limit on the number of qualifying invoices or the time between payments,



subject to the agreed terms. Important commission

conditions:
• Categories are determined separately for each invoice based on the actual transaction.
• Commission is calculated on the eligible amount actually received by Advaidha Pratyaya, subject to agreed exclusions.
• Category B payments do not count toward the Category A monthly commission slabs.
• Full eligibility, attribution, calculation, and settlement terms will be provided in the written freelance agreement before engagement.
