About the Role
You’ll join an Amazon advertising agency supporting established brands across supplements, consumer goods, automotive, and other categories. You’ll take over day-to-day account management from the founder and become a trusted point of contact for clients. This is a hands-on account ownership role, with responsibility for advertising performance and client relationships. The title does not involve managing a team. The agency combines human-led strategy with tools such as Hector AI and Claude to support analysis, automation, and execution. Success means helping clients grow revenue and profit while meeting their agreed ACOS and TACOS targets. This is a 100% remote, full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week. Responsibilities
• Own the strategy, daily management, and performance of Amazon advertising accounts.
• Build, manage, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
• Analyze search terms, match types, placements, bids, budgets, and campaign performance to identify opportunities and address inefficiencies.
• Make informed optimization decisions that support each client’s revenue, profitability, ACOS,



and TACOS goals.
• Lead client conversations, explain account performance, answer difficult questions, and support recommendations with data.
• Communicate honestly when results fall short and identify when factors beyond advertising may be affecting performance.
• Use the agency’s automation and AI tools to support audits, action plans, campaign builds, analysis, and reporting, while verifying outputs.
• Follow established processes and work independently, escalating issues when founder involvement is needed. What We're Looking For
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing complete Amazon Ads accounts for brands or an agency.
• Experience owning account results and making strategic decisions beyond completing assigned tasks.
• Proven ability to grow revenue while meeting ACOS and TACOS targets, with specific examples and numbers to demonstrate your results.
• Deep working knowledge of Sponsored Products, including automatic campaign behavior, match types, search term analysis, placements, and bidding strategies.
• Working knowledge of Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video, and Sponsored Display.
• Good English communication skills and the ability to discuss performance, strategy,



and recommendations directly with clients.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and a calm, proactive approach to performance challenges.
• The ability to work independently, take accountability, and follow established systems.
• A thoughtful approach to AI: you verify outputs and use your own judgment before acting or sharing results.
