Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Accountant role based in Lucknow. The Finance Accountant will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining general ledgers, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Daily tasks include reconciling accounts, monitoring cash flows, processing invoices and payments, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. The role involves working with accounting software, complying with relevant financial regulations, and assisting with internal and external audits.



The Finance Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support business decisions and contribute to operational efficiency. Qualifications
• Strong foundational knowledge in Finance and Financial Reporting, with the ability to interpret and present financial data clearly.
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Experience using Accounting Software and related tools to manage ledgers, reconciliations, and financial records.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; skilled certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA-equivalent) are an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and adherence to financial controls and compliance standards.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in an on-site team environment.
• Relevant experience in real estate, financial services, or consulting sectors is preferred.
