Role Description The Production Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Greater Noida Omicron. The Production Engineer will oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities, monitor production lines, and ensure adherence to production plans and quality standards. Responsibilities include analyzing production data, optimizing processes, resolving technical and operational issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as quality, maintenance, and supply chain.



The role also involves implementing improvements to reduce defects and downtime, supporting new product introductions, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements on the shop floor. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Production Engineering and Production Planning skills.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data and improve production efficiency.
• Candidates should possess experience in Quality Control and maintaining process standards.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing or electronics/telecom production environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adhere to safety practices.
