About the Role
We are looking for an Accounting Software Implementation Consultant with hands-on experience in accounting software configuration, implementation, and client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and configure accounting software based on client requirements.
• Set up Chart of Accounts, taxes, ledgers, and opening balances.
• Understand business transactions and map them to appropriate accounting entries.
• Validate financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance.
• Gather client requirements, conduct user training, and support go-live.
• Troubleshoot accounting discrepancies and coordinate with technical teams. Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting software implementation or ERP implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Xero.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.
• Understanding of financial reports, transaction flows, and bank reconciliation.
• Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with POS/ERP systems and VAT/GST is an added advantage.
