We are l ooking for a proactive, organized, and sales-oriented Sales & Operations Executive to join our team and contribute to our business growth. ?

Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, IndiaMART, and other B2B platforms.
* Underst and customer requirements and coordinate with suppliers for competitive pricing and material availability.
* Prepare quotations and proforma invoices, and follow up to convert inquiries into orders.
* Coordin ate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams for smooth order execution.
* Follow up with customers for pending payments and maintain outstanding payment records.
* Generat e new leads, develop customer relationships, and identify business opportunities.
* Maintai n daily sales reports, customer databases, quotations, and order records using Excel or Google Sheets. ? Required Skills




* Good c ommunication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic k nowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp Business.
* Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
* Good nu merical understanding and attention to detail.
* A proac tive mindset with an interest in sales and business development. ? Who Can Apply?

* Candida tes with 0–2 years of experience in sales, procurement, customer service, or sales coordination.
* Experie nce in the steel or industrial trading industry will be an advantage, but it is not mandatory. ?
