What will you be doing? We are looking for a Senior Prompt & Context Engineer to drive the design, optimization, and evaluation of Generative AI experiences. This role will own prompting strategies, context orchestration, knowledge grounding, and AI quality frameworks that power AI assistants, and agentic workflows. Responsibilities
• Design and optimize prompts for LLM-powered applications and AI agents.
• Develop reusable prompt frameworks, templates, and best practices.
• Architect context engineering strategies including memory, context selection, compression, and grounding.
• Design and improve RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and knowledge retrieval experiences.
• Define evaluation methodologies and success metrics for AI quality, relevance, factuality, and user satisfaction.
• Partner with Product, UX, Engineering teams to deliver scalable AI experiences.
• Mentor teams on prompt engineering and GenAI best practices. Required Qualifications
• Overall 12 to 16 years of experience in AI or Software Engineering
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI technologies.

• AI evaluation frameworks
• Agentic AI systems
• Knowledge grounding and semantic search
• Experience with GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar models.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience building enterprise copilots, AI assistants, or autonomous agents.
• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
• Knowledge of vector databases, ontologies, knowledge graphs, and AI observability tools.
• Background in conversational UX, information architecture, or knowledge management. Ideal Candidate: A strategic AI practitioner who combines prompt engineering, context design, information architecture, and product thinking to build reliable, enterprise-grade AI experiences.
