Role Description This is a full-time, in office Academic Counsellor role based in Durg. The Academic Counsellor will engage directly with students to provide counseling, guide course selection, and assist in creating personalized academic plans. Additional responsibilities include addressing student queries, offering career-related guidance,
and ensuring students receive necessary support to achieve their academic goals. Qualifications
• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Academic Advising
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with students and parents
• Experience in Career Counseling and addressing learners' educational and professional aspirations
• Background in Education or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of academic systems and student needs
• Empathy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to motivate students to achieve their goals
• Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, psychology, or a relevant field; advanced qualifications are an advantage
• Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus
