IFI is building a dynamic, media-first brand that sits at the intersection of finance, psychology, and entertainment. Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven systems that support India’s Future Investors’ content, analytics, and viewer engagement. Day-to-day work includes building and optimizing machine learning models, analyzing large datasets related to participant performance and audience behavior, and creating predictive tools to enhance show formats and decision-making scenarios. The specialist will collaborate with production, editorial, and marketing teams to integrate AI insights into storytelling, game mechanics, and interactive features.



The role also involves maintaining data pipelines, evaluating current AI technologies, and ensuring responsible, ethical use of data and algorithms. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Programming, with experience in languages such as Python, R, or similar.
• Proficiency in Data Science and Machine Learning, including model development, evaluation, and deployment.
• Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting complex data, generating insights, and supporting data-informed decisions.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and working with structured and unstructured data.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate in cross-functional media/production teams.
• Understanding of financial concepts, behavioral analytics, or interest in personal finance and entertainment formats is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage priorities, and deliver solutions on tight timelines.
