Role Description The PRT Eng & Evs & PGT English role at SkoolAxis.in is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The educator will plan and deliver engaging lessons in Primary English and Environmental Studies, as well as advanced English for higher grades, aligned with the school’s curriculum and learning outcomes. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing student work, providing feedback, and maintaining accurate academic records. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues, participating in staff meetings and school events, and communicating with parents or guardians regarding student progress. The educator is expected to foster an inclusive, safe, and supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking,



and strong language skills. Qualifications
• Strong subject knowledge in Primary English, Environmental Studies, and English for higher grades, with the ability to adapt teaching methods to different age groups.
• Proficiency in lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment, with a focus on clear learning objectives and outcomes.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to explain concepts in a clear, age-appropriate manner.
• Experience with student-centric teaching approaches, including activity-based learning, project work, and interactive classroom techniques.
• Ability to collaborate with school leadership, colleagues, and parents, and to contribute to school initiatives and co-curricular activities.
• Comfort with basic digital tools and learning platforms; prior experience with LMS or ERP systems in education is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; a B.
Ed or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
• Previous teaching experience in primary and/or secondary school settings, ideally in English and Environmental Studies.
