Role Description The Regional Collections Manager / Area Collection Manager & Field Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Bihar. The role involves overseeing collections operations across the region, including planning and executing collection strategies, monitoring portfolio performance, and ensuring timely recovery of dues while maintaining regulatory and company policy compliance. Responsibilities include leading and supporting field collection teams, tracking daily collection activities, conducting field visits when required, and resolving customer issues in a professional and ethical manner.



The role also requires regular reporting on collection metrics, identifying risk trends, coordinating with branch and credit teams, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce delinquency. The individual is expected to uphold Chola’s values, promote customer-centric practices, and contribute to stable portfolio growth in the assigned geography. Qualifications
• Proven experience in collections, recovery, or credit control within financial services, preferably in vehicle finance, consumer lending, or retail banking.
• Strong skills in portfolio monitoring, delinquency management, and basic financial analysis relevant to collections operations.
• Experience in leading field teams, managing on-ground operations, and coordinating with multiple branches or locations.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills for engaging with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site across Bihar, conduct field visits, and adapt to diverse customer and market conditions.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory guidelines, company compliance standards, and ethical collection practices.
• Good proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reporting, data tracking, and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Previous experience in regional or area-level responsibility, with a track record of meeting collection targets and
