Location:
Jogeshwari West, Mumbai. Full-time, in office. Role Overview Coordinate garment export orders from development and sampling through production and shipment, keeping buyers, suppliers and internal teams aligned on requirements, materials and delivery timelines. Responsibilities
• Coordinate with sampling, production, planning, stores, quality and dispatch teams.
• Track fabrics, trims, accessories, approvals and production progress against order timelines.
• Maintain accurate order status reports, purchase orders and merchandising documentation.
• Follow up with suppliers and internal teams to resolve material shortages and production delays.




• Communicate clearly with international buyers and ensure specifications and approved samples reach the relevant teams.
• Escalate risks promptly and follow through to support on-time shipments. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Textiles, Fashion, Commerce or Business preferred.
• Knowledge of garment merchandising and export order coordination; relevant experience is an advantage.
• Good English communication, organisation and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using Excel and office computer applications.
• Attention to detail, initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities. Company devices are provided for work. Personal mobile phones and other personal devices must be kept away during
