Role Description The Operations Executive role at OLL.co is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day operational activities, coordinate with educators and internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of offline and online learning programs. Responsibilities include monitoring operational performance, maintaining process documentation, supporting scheduling and resource allocation,



and resolving operational issues in a timely manner. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to improve workflows, supporting events and initiatives such as skill programs or award shows, and contributing to data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency and learner experience. Qualifications
