0–8 Years Job Overview Aptino, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle US IT recruitment
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Conduct initial screening and validation calls
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and candidates
• Maintain and update candidate data in ATS




• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in US IT recruitment
• Robust understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Knowledge of US visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, etc.)
• Experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn
• Familiarity with US time zones
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Skills
• Experience working with direct clients or implementation partners
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
