Role Description The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of coating and lining projects within the Kolkata metropolitan area in an on-site capacity. This full time role includes planning project schedules, coordinating resources, and managing budgets to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. The Project Manager will liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, monitor expediting activities, and track logistics to maintain smooth material flow. Day-to-day responsibilities involve supervising inspections, resolving operational issues, preparing progress reports, and enforcing safety and compliance requirements. The role also includes continuous process improvement, risk management,



and supporting senior leadership with project performance insights. Qualifications
• Project Management skills, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
• Expeditor and Expediting skills to track orders, follow up with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Inspection experience to oversee quality checks, verify specifications, and ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.
• Logistics Management skills to coordinate transportation, storage, and on-site distribution of materials efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Experience in industrial coatings, construction, or related engineering projects is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in basic project management software and MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
