Client Onboarding & Customer Success – Dumroo.ai Position: Client Onboarding & Customer Success (US Schools)

Our intelligent ecosystem streamlines instruction, supports data-driven decisions, and fosters transparency and engagement across school communities. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Onboarding & Implementation Manager to ensure a seamless experience for current school districts joining the Dumroo.ai platform. Position Overview As the Client Onboarding & Implementation Manager, you will lead the onboarding and rollout process for new school district partners. You will work closely with administrators, IT departments, and educators to implement Dumroo.ai's solutions, ensuring the platform is configured to meet each district's specific needs and that stakeholders are properly trained and supported throughout the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for recent school districts during onboarding and implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans for each district, including timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Coordinate technical setup, including platform configuration and integration with student information systems (SIS), learning management systems (LMS), and other district tools.
• Deliver virtual and/or on-site training sessions for administrators, teachers, and support staff.
• Create customized onboarding materials, user guides, and best practices documentation.
• Monitor onboarding progress and usage metrics to ensure engagement and early adoption.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering,



and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing support.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, escalate technical concerns when necessary, and follow through to resolution.
• Collect and document feedback from districts to inform product improvements and future onboarding enhancements. Required Qualifications
• 2–5 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, customer success, or project management, preferably in EdTech or SaaS.
• Experience working with K–12 school districts or in an educational setting.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with technical topics including data integration, software configuration, and digital learning platforms.
• Ability to train and support users with varying levels of technical proficiency.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello), and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of education technology systems like SIS, LMS, or classroom learning platforms.
• Understanding of compliance requirements such as FERPA, COPPA, and data privacy standards.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
