About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of TRUEKYSS, a growing beauty, wellness and personal care brand selling across Indian and international marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
• Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Walmart and Shopify.
• Update product listings, pricing, inventory and order statuses.
• Monitor seller dashboards, returns, cancellations and customer issues. Order Processing & Fulfilment
• Pick, pack, label and dispatch customer orders.
• Prepare shipments for Amazon FBA and other fulfilment centres.
• Maintain accurate stock counts and daily order records.
• Coordinate with delivery associates for pickups and handovers.
• Track delayed, missing or returned shipments. Import & Export Coordination
• Assist with international import/export shipments and documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders and courier companies.
• Maintain shipping records, invoices and customs-related documents. Advertising & Sales Support




• Assist in managing Amazon Sponsored Ads.
• Monitor advertising performance, budgets and promotions.
• Prepare basic sales and advertising reports. Reporting & Inventory
• Maintain daily sales, order, dispatch and inventory reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Reconcile physical stock with marketplace inventory.
• Support improvements in operational efficiency. Requirements
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online selling.
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets and computers.
• Valuable communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify and international shipping processes.
• Must be comfortable with physical packing, inventory counting and courier handovers.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently. Why Join Us?
