Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for Lead Generation and Sales professionals working closely with Prompt & Context Engineers. The role involves identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting market research to understand client needs and industry trends, and collaborating with technical teams to shape compelling AI-led solutions and proposals. Daily tasks include outreach via calls, emails, and digital channels, maintaining and updating lead databases, preparing sales presentations, and supporting end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure.



The role also requires coordinating with Prompt & Context Engineers to translate client requirements into effective AI prompts and solution contexts, ensuring accurate communication of value propositions. The individual will track performance metrics, share insights with leadership, and contribute to continuous improvement of lead generation and sales strategies. Qualifications
• Lead generation capabilities, including experience identifying and nurturing new leads and building qualified pipelines.
• Strong market research skills to analyze industries, competitors, and customer pain points for technology solutions.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven sales skills, including consultative selling, negotiation, and closing deals in B2B or technology-driven environments.
• Understanding of AI, prompt engineering, or context design concepts, with the ability to collaborate closely with technical teams.
• Experience using CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and data-driven approaches to track and improve performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site team setting in Mumbai.
• Prior experience in IT services, staffing, or AI/ML-based solutions is an advantage.
