3–5 Years ? Company: Happy & Hungry – The Event Co. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just manage social media, but can actually build content from scratch and make it perform. Someone who can take an idea from concept → graphic/reel → caption → posting → ads → analytics. What you’ll be doing:
• Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other social platforms
• Conceptualize and create social media posts from scratch
• Create graphics, carousels, stories and campaign creatives
• Shoot/edit Reels and short-form videos
• Build content calendars and content strategies
• Write engaging social media copy and captions
• Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Plan lead-generation, awareness and conversion campaigns
• Manage and update Shopify and website content
• Work on email marketing and digital campaigns




• Track campaign performance, insights and analytics
• Research trends, competitors and new content opportunities
• Coordinate influencer and brand collaborations Must-have

skills:
Social Media Management | Content Creation | Canva | Photoshop | Video Editing | Reels | Meta Ads | Google Ads | Shopify | Content Strategy | Performance Marketing | Analytics Knowledge of Illustrator, Figma, SEO, email marketing and basic web designing will be an added advantage. ⚡ Significant: This is a hands-on role. We’re not looking for someone who only briefs designers or coordinates with agencies. You should be comfortable creating graphics and videos yourself, from scratch.
