Minimum Qualifications & Core Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python for data processing, machine learning, and API integrations, plus basic SQL knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with pandas, NumPy, and traditional machine learning using scikit-learn.
- Practical experience using LLM APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models, with structured JSON outputs and tool calling.
- Comfortable using Git and GitHub for team-oriented development.
Role-Specific Skills — Project Experience Required'
- RAG pipelines using LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Embedding generation using Hugging Face or OpenAI, and vector search using ChromaDB, FAISS,
Qdrant, or Pinecone.
- Semantic and schema matching using Sentence-Transformers and string-matching libraries such as FuzzyWuzzy or TheFuzz.
Bonus Skills
- Agentic workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Backend API development using FastAPI.
- Basic containerization using Docker.
