Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the entire admissions journey, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a clear understanding of programs, eligibility, and career outcomes.

Responsibilities include conducting detailed counseling sessions, explaining university and program options, addressing questions, and recommending suitable pathways based on student background and goals. The role involves managing leads, following up via phone, email, and in-person meetings, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and meeting admissions and conversion targets.



The counselor will collaborate with mentors and internal teams to improve processes, share student feedback, and support outreach initiatives such as webinars or information sessions.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to engage effectively with students and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide responsive, empathetic, and solution-oriented support throughout the admissions process.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage leads, build trust, and convert qualified prospects into successful enrollments ethically and transparently.
- Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge or experience in academic counseling, higher education systems, or online learning programs.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, business, psychology, or a related field are preferred.
- Ability to work with targets, use CRM or admissions management tools, and analyze basic data to improve conversion rates is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously are important.
- Prior experience in admissions counseling, academic advising, or education sales will be an added advantage.
