Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll configuration, implementation, and global payroll rollouts. The consultant will be responsible for supporting payroll design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities across multiple countries.

Candidates must have practical payroll experience in one or more of the specified countries. Country coverage can be distributed across multiple consultants, with each consultant bringing relevant country-specific payroll knowledge and implementation or global rollout experience.

Required Skills and Experience

- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Experience in SAP ECP implementation, country deployment, or global payroll rollout projects.
- Strong understanding of payroll configuration, payroll processing, schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll validation.
- Experience with Employee Central and ECP integration, including employee master data replication.
- Practical knowledge of country-specific payroll processes, statutory requirements, taxation, and deductions for the relevant countries.
- Experience in payroll testing, parallel payroll runs,



reconciliation, defect resolution, and go-live support.
- Ability to work with global and local stakeholders across multiple geographies.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification.
- Experience in multi-country payroll deployments and global template rollouts.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and replication.
- Exposure to SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) and payroll-related interfaces.
- Experience supporting post-production payroll operations and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Country-Specific Payroll Experience

Candidates must have hands-on payroll experience in at least 2 or more of the following countries, preferably gained through SAP ECP implementation or global rollout projects.

- China
- UAE
- Malaysia
- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- Barbados
- Turkey
- Romania
- Pakistan

Important: Candidates with only general SAP HCM Payroll experience and no relevant SAP SuccessFactors ECP experience should not be considered unless they also meet the SAP ECP requirement.
