As we expand, we are looking for an HR Recruiter who will play a critical role in building and scaling our team while strengthening our people processes.
Role OverviewThis is a high-impact, hands-on role that combines end-to-end recruitment. You will work closely with founders and functional leaders to attract top talent, streamline hiring processes, and support a strong employee experience.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Own the complete recruitment lifecycle across tech, sales, marketing, and support roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and local networks
- Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates based on role fit
- Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end candidate communication
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Build and strengthen Zylu’s employer brand and hiring culture
- Maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future roles
- Manage onboarding and documentation for new hires
- Ensure a smooth joining experience and employee integration
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Candidate ProfileMust-Have
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations, preferably in startups or SMBs
- Experience hiring for tech, sales, or support roles
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Comfortable working closely with founders and cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English and Hindi

- Experience in SaaS or product-based companies
- Exposure to ATS tools and hiring analytics
