Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Associate role based in Hyderabad.

The Marketing

Associate will support day-to-day marketing activities, including implementing marketing campaigns, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and assisting with promotional activities for eye care services.

Responsibilities include conducting basic market research, tracking campaign performance, preparing marketing reports, and supporting digital and offline marketing initiatives. The role also involves coordinating events or outreach programs,



assisting with patient communication materials, and collaborating with sales or front-office teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and interpret patient and regional market data for decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support campaigns, promotions, and patient outreach initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to organize marketing activities, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with healthcare or eye care services, basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, proficiency in MS Office, and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
